Shipping:

• $7 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours.
• FREE local pickup is available in Thibodaux (choose option at checkout.)

Returns: 

• Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. 
• Original receipt must be presented, If you do not have your receipt you will only receive half of your credit.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Sale/clearance and seasonal items are NOT returnable, they are FINAL SALE.
• All bralettes, handbags, accessories, sunglasses, jewelry, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
• Returns received without notification will only be offered half of your credit.
• If returning shoes, you must ship back in original mailer or additional packaging box. Shoe Shi Boutique will refuse shipments that are mailed in a taped up shoe box.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 
• There is a 15% re-stocking fee for any orders that are cancelled after the order has been placed.
